Have you noticed that some of your images aren't aligned properly? 

If you're seeing funny things happening on the website, the most likely explanation is that you're viewing it from Internet Explorer. The best solution is to use a different internet browser such as Google Chrome. If there are still inconsistencies, please let us know!

I've sent an enquiry - when will I receive a reply? 

We endeavour to respond to enquiries and emails within 1-2 business days. Please check your junk email folder to make sure our response has not been sent there. Don't forget to add hello@harrisonandco.com.au to your safe senders list to ensure you receive future communications.

How do I pay if I don't have a Paypal account?

The only payment option listed at the moment is Paypal, however you can still pay by credit card without actually having a Paypal account. Just continue with the checkout process, and you will be able to enter your credit card details on the Paypal checkout page without creating a Paypal account. Credit cards accepted include Visa Card, Mastercard and American Express.

Do you accept credit cards? 

Yes, we accept Visa Card, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is made through a Paypal checkout page - you can enter your credit card details without creating a Paypal account.

What if an item is sold out? 

If an item is sold out, you can enter your email on the product page to be notified when the product is available again. 

What if I've purchased the last item and want more? 

Can't get enough of an item? Return to the product page after checkout to enter your email to receive a notification when we have more stock. Alternatively, contact us directly at hello@harrisonandco.com.au and we'll let you know when more stock will arrive. Some items will be available for pre-order when we're out of stock. 

Can you post to PO Boxes?

There are times when we will not be able to deliver to a PO Box, this may be due to the courier used at the time and/or the size and weight of the item purchased. We will advise you if we cannot post to your PO Box and an alternative physical address will be required.

How do pre-orders work? 

Some items will be available for pre-order when we're out of stock. The purchase will be paid in full and the order will be sent to you once stock arrives. We will endeavour to keep you updated on when you will receive your order. This will typically be 3 to 6 weeks but could be faster or longer depending on our suppliers.

Do you ship outside of Australia? 

We would love to see our products head overseas! Please contact us if you wish to purchase from outside of Australia so that we can provide you with a custom shipping quote.
